Triage assessment
This is the start of your re-employment (RE) journey at Millard Health. We meet with you to understand your unique needs, transferable skills, employment background and interests. This helps us recommend the services that will best support you and your re-employment goals. Your RE specialist may also suggest some short training courses to enhance your skills and employability. Together with you and your case manager, we will confirm the services that best fit your needs.
Supported job search
We are here to help you search, apply for and hopefully secure a new job. Your RE specialist will help guide you through the job search process — from preparing for job interviews, updating your resume and cover letter, identifying potential job leads, to applying for jobs. We also offer employment programs, such as wage subsidies for employers, to help you stand out from other applicants.
Resume and cover letter support
We can help you highlight your transferable skills and relevant experience. Together, we develop your resume so you are part of the process and gain the skills you need to modify it in the future. Mock interview support
We offer mock interview support to help you build confidence and prepare for interviews. Through practice interviews, you develop clear, effective responses, refine how you present your skills and experience, and become more comfortable answering common and role specific questions.
