Step by step, we’re creating a transparent and simple system that works for everyone. Our goal is to review, simplify, and post all of our injured worker and employer procedures online, but with more than 400 injured worker and employer procedures, there’s a lot of ground to cover. The project started in 2019, but it’s likely to take some time. Once the injured worker procedures are complete, we’ll move on to employer procedures in phase two.
