Worker support

  • After a referral from your claim owner, we collaborate with you to identify the services and supports you need.
  • We share these recommendations with your claim owner to help guide your care and we work together with you to ensure you are at the centre of your treatment plan.
  • We recognize your family physician and community providers are key members of your care team, and we coordinate with them to ensure a smooth, collaborative transition to our programs and services.

Re-employment services

Our vocational experts are here to help you prepare for and find a new job if your injury prevents you from returning to your previous job.
