The Government of Alberta recently passed the Ensuring Safety and Cutting Red Tape Act, which amends the Workers’ Compensation Act. Changes are effective January 1 and April 1.

Updated injury reporting forms

April 1, 2021

We updated our worker (C060) and employer (C040) report of injury or occupational disease forms. Updated versions are available to print or you can report a new workplace illness or injury online.

Day of Mourning

April 28 is the national Day of Mourning, a day to honour those who lost their lives or were injured at work. Digital materials are available for your workplace.
