Available Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

You can find out:

  • The status of your claim (i.e., accepted, denied, pending).
  • When your next cheque will be mailed or deposited directly in your account.

For instant access, you will need:

  • Your 7-digit claim number (included in your initial letter confirming your claim has been registered).
  • Your temporary WCB-issued password (included in the second letter sent from WCB-Alberta).
