In general, WCB only supports modalities or treatment therapies that meet all levels of government approval and that have been evaluated by third party agencies for their effectiveness and efficacy. Delivery Instructions

Edmonton downtown location:

9912 107 Street

Small packages

  • Courier and small package drop off.
  • Entrance is located on the outside of the building to the left of the main entrance.
  • Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.*

Large Deliveries

  • Use the loading dock at the back (west side) of the building.
  • Maximum vehicle clearance is 11 feet and two inches.
  • A forklift (for use by WCB staff only) and an operator are available to help unload pallets.
  • Delivery drivers should have their own pallet jack on board to ensure that WCB stock is accessible at the time of the delivery.
  • Hours: 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.*

Millard Health

  • The loading dock is located at the back of the building.
  • Hours: 8 a.m. to noon and 12:45 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Calgary location:

  • Hours: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • All delivery times are for Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
