Policy 03-01, Part I and Part II, Application 6, Psychiatric or Psychological Injury
At the October 25, 2011 meeting (minutes and summary), the Board of Directors approved revisions to Policy 03-01, Part I and Part II, Application 6, to be effective February 1, 2012.
Policy 06-02, Part I, Optional Coverage
A new point (4.0) has been added to the interpretation section, explaining the protection from civil action for personal injury provided under s.23 of the Workers’ Compensation Act. This is an inconsequential amendment that does not in any way change the protection provided under the Act. The information was included in policy to ensure that the policy is comprehensive and the information is readily available.
