WHAT’S CHANGED (Please read the policy documents for complete information):

Policy 04-02, Part II, Addendum A

Effective March 1, 2012 the Accommodation Allowance has been increased to $121.00 per day.

INSTRUCTIONS:

If you are updating a hard copy manual, please do the following:

1. Please check the list of documents in the REMOVE & INSERT section.
2. PRINT the documents listed in the ADD/REPLACE column and insert them in your manual
   - the documents can be printed either double- or single-sided without affecting the page sequence.
3. DESTROY the pages listed in the REMOVE column, or keep them for reference.
4. Please note that policy changes since the last issue are indicated by shaded text or shading in the left margin.
