    Effective October 1, 2007, Application 7, Transitional Asset Mix, was rescinded and removed from the policy.  the former Application 8, Administration, was renumbered, coming the new Application 7

  3. Policy 01-08 New Evidence and Policy 05-01, Overpayments
    October 1, 2002, these two policies replaced the former Policy 05-01, New Evidence. The former policy 05-01 contained direction on new evidence and overpayments. The October 1, 2002, policy changes separated the two issues. Information about overpayments and overpayment recovery remained in Policy 05-01, and the policy was renamed accordingly. Policy direction on new evidence was expanded to include information about employer accounts as well as claims and was moved to the new policy 01-08 in the General Policy section.

    Effective May 21, 2002, The Workers’ Compensation Amendment Act, 2002 rescinded s.15(2),(3), which authorized the use of proprietor identification cards.  As proprietor identification cards were no longer an option under the legislation, Policy 06-02, Optional Coverage, Part II, Application 3 – Proprietor Identification Cards was removed in its entirety from Policy 06-02.
