Addendum A

Workers of the Provincial Government by Board Order

Upon application from the Alberta Government, certain classes of persons may be declared by Board Orders to be workers of the Alberta Government.  Approved applications include:

  1. those specifically designated in General Regulations 7(1), and
  2. volunteers or participants in specifically funded employment programs.
