Application 9: Medical Panels

This policy application (Policy 03-01, Part II, Application 9, Medical Panels) WAS RESCINDED on February 1, 2007 because the Medical Panels Regulation moves the responsibility for managing this process from the Workers’ Compensation Board to the Government of Alberta. Please see Application 1, Relationship to compensable accident, question 3.

For medical panels that were initiated prior to January 1, 2007, the former policy still applies.
