On Nov. 26, we’re making some changes to the self-service account management system, which includes:
- Account registration - signing up online for a WCB account,
- Account maintenance – making updates and changes to your WCB account information online, and
- Annual return – reporting your annual insurable earnings online.
The changes are designed to make it easier and more convenient to do business with us.
Here’s what you’ll find on that date:
- More browser options.
You will be able to access your WCB account information on most Internet browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari – allowing you to do business with us on the browser of your choice.
- Easier access
Already use myWCB? As of Nov. 26 you will no longer have to log on twice to access online account management services. The user ID and password you use to sign on to myWCB will now also give you access to account management services.
Please note:
In order to make these upgrades, self-service account management services will be unavailable as of 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25. We expect services to be available again on Nov. 26. Watch the News/Announcements on the Employer page for updates.
Changes to the self-service account management system are part of WCB’s ongoing enhancement to our online services.
