Day of Mourning - April 28
On April 28th, people across Canada will recognize a Day of Mourning for all workers who have been killed, injured or disabled at their place of work.
In 2010, 136 Alberta workers died from workplace injury or disease, leaving behind family and friends who must go on without them. WCB joins Albertans in remembering these workers and their families.
