Richard is currently in private practice with a law firm in Edmonton. He practices law in a variety of areas, including employment law.

Richard has over 25 years of work experience, which includes membership in a number of unions in Alberta, as well as working with various aboriginal organizations and government departments, both federally and provincially. He brings a broad perspective to the workers’ compensation system.
