Electronic injury reporting for chiropractors

Electronic Injury Reporting to WCB is mandatory for all chiropractors and the online process is easier than ever. 

With WCB online services you can:

• submit treatment reports and invoices
• save incomplete reports and access later at your convenience
• have electronic access to all information sent online to WCB
• receive payments faster
• request treatment extensions
• track the status of reports, payments and claims
• access seven days a week, 18 hours a day (6 a.m. - midnight)

Chiropractors can now electronically fill-in and submit:

• First reports (C-056)
• Progress/Discharge reports (C-352)
• Additional treatment invoices (C-552)
• Finalize treatment reports (C-704)
