WCB medical services’ role

In fulfilling their decision-making role, case managers have support from medical consultants. Through these physicians, a case manager has access to a learned review of all medical information available.

If you wish to discuss a case with a WCB medical consultant, indicate this on your report or let the case manager know. A medical consultant will contact you to follow-up.
