Health care services is a team of health care consultants, evaluation specialists and business assistants.

Our vision

To provide cost effective, timely health care services to our clients.

We support case managers, adjudicators and health care providers by:

• Using evidence-based research to develop guidelines or protocols for the care of particular injuries.
• Developing programs and services to meet the needs of injured workers and their injuries.
• Negotiating, procuring and securing the various health care providers both within Alberta and across Canada.
• Measuring and evaluating the success of our services to continually improve services.
• Liaising between case management & authorized providers when faced with problems or negotiating exception services and/or costs.
• Expediting some services (i.e. MRI, CT, Specialist Consultations).
• Assisting in general questions/inquiries on health related matters.
