We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all clients. It’s important you attend the pre-program client orientation and learn important safety information and what to do in an emergency.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of a fire alarm, or an emergency requiring evacuation, everyone must vacate the building and proceed to the nearest designated assembly area. The two assembly areas at Millard Health are:
- The west parking lot (staff parking); and
- the east parking lot (client/visitor parking).
The entrance to the client/visitor parking lot must remain clear for emergency vehicles access. Staff will help with directions and other needs.
Security
The security office is located at the front entrance. You may reach Millard Health security by calling 780-498-3306 or the 24-hour pager at 780-498-4889.
Lost & found
The lost and found is located at the security office.
