From the moment an absence from work is required, our goal is to help your injured worker get the help needed to get back to work quickly yet safely.
To focus our work, the adjudicator or case manager develops a case plan and establishes a return to work goal with you and your injured worker.
The injured worker’s role is to maintain regular contact with you and the adjudicator or case manager, and to participate in the treatment and/or rehabilitation required to be successful.
It is critical for good communication to exist among all parties in the claim. The injured worker should confirm their progress and must ask questions that will help them understand the benefits, services and expectations for a safe and timely return to work.
