Sign up today and start managing your performance and costs online.

Getting started is easy

To request a User ID and password, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Download and print a registration form (pdf, 41KB).
Step 2: Complete form and be sure to include a valid email address and supervisor’s signature.
Step 3: Fax the completed form to 780-498-7866.

WCB-Alberta’s eBusiness Support Team will contact you within two business days with your User ID and will send your password via email.

Online Services allow you to monitor and review your claim and premium costs, identify possible safety issues by looking at your claim history and understand what your rate could be if your performance improved—all are methods to help you manage your performance and your rate. You can also update and view information specific to your account and reporting an injury online makes it easier to comply with the mandatory 72 hour reporting period ensuring your injured workers receive compensation sooner. You can also pay your premiums online.
